Kay Rumba

The renovation to this Family Vacation home in Kaibo, came with a client requirement to use vernacular materials and great attention to details, we worked very closely with the client during the entire process of design and construction to achieve the objective.

The special feature of the house is a large porch facing the pool with a beachfront ocean view. The house is intended to be enjoyed in close connection with the outdoors, conceived to be lived with open doors to enjoy the coastal breeze and nature around it. The vernacular tastefully simple materials used in beautiful details make this house a magical place to stay.
