Monica is licensed Architect from the Ontario Association of Architects. She developed complex projects in Canada with strict discipline and attention to detail. With the support of years of experience and knowledge, Monica produces and coordinates all construction plans for your project.

She dedicates the necessary time to conceive every architectural detail until it is perfectly right. In The Cayman Islands she is respected as a true leader by design consultants due to her devotion to efficiency and clear communication to make projects a success.

Eduardo’s passion for architecture is contagious. He will turn your vision into tangible spaces where life will flourish in harmony with nature. He knows the power of good design translates into great value. After graduating from Architecture in Bogota, Colombia, Eduardo pursue a Master of Business Administration at the University of Sarasota and returned to his Alma Mater to teach design and construction management for 13 years.

He then moved to Toronto, Canada where he became part of Stantec, the biggest design firm in Canada. In The Cayman Islands, Eduardo is inspired by the tropical environment, his cultural roots and the modern way of life. If not working in architecture you will find him sailing his 36-feet sailboat over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
